The inn is in the basement of the city's oldest hotel at 307 E. President St. The dining room will remind you of the old trading warehouses with brick walls and fireplaces in their original condition. The floors are stone and in the ceiling are wooden beams that add to the quaintness of the dining room. On the walls are original prints and paintings of old Savannah from the 1800s.17 Hundred 90 Restaurant offers a combination of Southern American and Continental dishes with specialties of fresh local seafood, veal, lamb, and steaks. Boar's Head Grill and Tavern
The Boar's Head claims to be the oldest restaurant on River Street, and is located in a building that was once a cotton warehouse. Exposed brick walls decorated with a collection of gold plates and hunting trophies create a cozy atmosphere. From a seat at the bar, or on the small patio, patrons can look out over River Street and the Savannah River. Kitchen specialties include crab cakes and she-crab soup, and the bar recommends Bumbo Punch, a special rum punch.

Metro Coffee House
Metro Coffee House opened its doors on June 9th 2005. We are nestled in historic downtown Savannah, Georgia. We are located within 4 blocks of all Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) dorms, and cater largely to the school students. It is owned by a current student, and stays open until 2 A.M. everyday of the week. Our mission at Metro is to serve a great product whether it's a cup of coffee or a delicious sandwich.
